Select the time that interests you the most on the calendar, select the number of players, enter your information and go to the place of the game at the indicated time. You will pay at the beginning of the experience for the number of players you have reserved (payments only with credit or debit card).

The game is available in the afternoons (3.30-8.30pm) at the hotel facilities, in the ground floor bar area. Totally FREE of charge.

You can also go directly to the game area and ask if there is availability to the Game Master, the person in charge of the experience and you will be able to play in the next available slot. *Service subject to availability.

When will I pay for the experience?

At the time of booking you will not have to pay anything. Payment will be made in the game area at the time you have your reservation. The price of the experience is the same for everyone, both adults and children, and must be paid for the number of participants in the game. If you want to reserve the entire game for yourself and not share space with other people, you must pay the total for the room or the price for 6 participants. The prices shown at the time of your reservation with the final prices, including VAT.
Who can play? Recommendations for use

Due to the necessary equipment, the game is not recommended for children under 7 years of age and children under 14 years of age will need authorization from an adult or legal guardian. If you have back problems, heart problems, epilepsy, or pregnancy, we cannot guarantee that this game is adapted to your needs. You should follow your doctor's recommendations.
And if I don't like it or I get dizzy?

It is a game designed for all audiences, with many interactions and easy to learn to play. It is not necessary to have previous experience, the Game Master will explain all the details of how it works before starting so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. If you feel dizzy, remove your glasses and let the Game Master know who will be in the room. You can pause the game and resume when you feel better, or otherwise abandon the game.
What if I don't attend my reservation or arrive late?

Our Cancellation Policy determines that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the operator may reserve the right to shorten the game time in order not to delay the next turn or in the case of more than 15 minutes of delay, the reservation will be cancelled. We ask that if you are not going to attend, cancel your reservation.
